Most of our yarns are made from leftover textiles from the textile industry. We want to make the textile industry greener by enabling the reuse of materials that textile factories consider to be waste. Although these products are called waste, they are actually of the highest quality. These are the pieces of scraps of high-quality fabrics that are used by huge textile factories in ready-to-wear production. We collect these production surpluses and, through some processes, convert them into recycled cotton fibers. These fibers are the raw materials for our yarns.
Yes, there may be color deviations depending on the raw material. If you want to buy the same color on your second order that you bought on your first order, there may be color differences. For this reason, we recommend that you order the quantity of each color you need at the same time. Because you may not find the same shade on your next order.
Except for a few colors, which can be available again and again, unfortunately usually not. Our range of colors changes regularly depending on the raw material. Here, too, it is recommended to buy a sufficient quantity on one order.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by E-mail. If this is not the case, first check the spam folder in your mailbox. If you have not received the confirmation, please contact our customer service via E-mail support@loopncraft.com
No, unfortunately we cannot change anything to your order for technical reasons. But if you have entered your address or contact details incorrectly, please contact our customer service by E-mail support@loopncraft.com

The shipping costs within Germany are ? 4.99. If you have reached an order value of ? 50.00 or more, you will receive your order free of charge. The shipping costs to other EU countries and all other countries can be found in the shipping costs table
You can return your package within 14 days with sufficient postage (not freight collect) to the shipping address stated on it. We do not enclose a return slip in the package. The purchase amount will be credited immediately after receipt of your return (according to the payment method you selected when ordering).
You can of course send the defective products back to us. In this case the return is of course free of charge for you. Please contact us by E-mail at support@loopncraft.com
As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to our logistics partner DHL, you will receive an E-mail from us with a shipping confirmation. In this E-mail you will also find the tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the DHL portal.
To subscribe to the newsletter, please enter your E-mail address at the bottom of the website (footer). As a welcome gift, you will receive a discount code of 10% for your first order. In the newsletter you will be the first to find out about new products and promotions.
