Payment & Delivery

Shipping Conditions

We ship our products worldwide from our partner in Germany. Our shipping partner DHL and DHL Express will ensure that your order arrives safely. If you order online from loop‘ncraft, we will prepare your order within 3-5 working days, provided that the payment has been processed successfully. In individual situations, delivery can take up to 5-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. As soon as your order hasbeen packed and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive an e-mail from us with a shipping confirmation. In this email you will also find the tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the DHL portal. If you set up a customer account, you will find it in the customer account at any time.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

The shipping costs within Germany are € 4.99. If you have reached an order value of € 50.00 or more, you will receive your order free of charge. The shipping costs to other EU countries and all other countries can be found in the shipping costs table.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 3-5 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 5-7 days of the order confirmation. Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday. Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
