Shipping Costs
Delivery Information
We ship our products all over the world from our Germany/Düsseldorf based warehouse. Our shipping partner DHL and DPD ensures that your order arrives safely. As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive an E-mail from us with a shipping confirmation. In this E-mail you will also find the tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the DHL portal.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
· Deliveries within Germany; the fix shipping cost for all orders is 6,99 €.
· Deliveries to most of other European countries; the fix shipping cost for all orders is 15,99 €
· Deliveries to other Eurpean countries and abroad; We calculate the shipping costs according to the order weight. Please find below a detailed list of shipping costs to all over the world.
· For countries outside the European Union, additional customs fees may be added after ordering.
· When you have reached an order value of 75,00 €, you will receive your order free of charge to Germany and EU-Mainland.
Delivery Times
The delivery of the orders in Germany takes 3-5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5-10 days after the order confirmation. Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday. Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
